If you are moving within the area and would like to transfer your utility service, then you must have good credit with us or have the required deposit on file. It can be done in person or by phone at 765-648-6187, select Option 1.
The following must be provided:
A required deposit may be up to $420 depending on credit checks and types of service required at the new location. A credit check may be waived if the customer already has a good credit history established with ACU.

In order to help protect the landlord, the property owner can complete a Notification Form for each of the properties, so that we can send a letter to the property owner whenever the tenant has a two month bill. According to City Ordinance landlords are responsible for stormwater charges for each property, unless it is specifically stated in the lease that the tenant is to assume the charges.

Contact the appropriate department the day before a scheduled inspection. Services will be turned on the morning requested and disconnected the next day. For electrical service, contact Amy Manwaring at 765-648-6512. For water service, contact Jan Sears at 765-648-6436.
If meters are estimated for more than three months in a row, then it should be brought to the attention of the Customer Service Department so that the problem can be resolved.
