An internet payment submitted online Monday through Friday, prior to 5 p.m. Eastern time, will be credited to your account by the close of the next business day. A business day is a calendar day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a legal public holiday.
An internet payment submitted online after 5 p.m. Eastern time or on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal public holiday, will be credited to your account by the close of the second business day.
For those who have received a disconnect notice or have a promise to pay, online payment does not guarantee that service will not be interrupted. If service is interrupted, a cash reconnect fee and deposit will apply.
