The Anderson City Utilities Office is committed to serving our 37,000 customers to the best of our ability and to serve as a liaison between our customers and our municipal utility providers.
The department helps customers with the following services:
Scheduling new service connections for electricity, water, sewer, and stormwater
Payment of utility bills
Resolving problems with your bill
Establishing budget accounts
NOW AVAILABLE: New Phone Call Center. Anything you can do in person, you can NOW do over the phone as long as the proper paperwork can be provided by email or fax. New service, transfer service, disconnect service, payment arrangements, etc., call (765) 648-6187. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. The cut off time for new or transferred service is 4:30 PM.
